Painting is a love story, for both the artist and the person looking at the picture: the relationship should be lived at the level of feelings. When the emotion is great and overwhelming a special moment takes place where the artist and the admirer of the painting are in contact and live the same experience, throughout time and space.

My artwork is colour, light and texture. Sometimes it shows a calm and happy world, where I would perhaps like to live forever. Some other times it represents anger for the many barriers which hamper the development and fulfilment of our personality. Some other times, it shows concern and sadness for injustice so spread throughout the world. Overall, I wish to express something useful to those who see my paintings, offer serenity and, where possible, pleasure and joy.



La pittura è una storia d’amore, sia per l’artista, sia per lo spettatore: bisogna vivere questa relazione nella dimensione affettiva. Quando l’emozione è grande e travolgente si verifica un momento speciale in cui l’artista e lo spettatore sono in contatto e vivono la stessa esperienza emotiva, attraverso il tempo e lo spazio.

La mia pittura è colore, luce e materia. A volte essa esprime un sereno e felice mondo, quel mondo in cui forse vorrei sempre vivere. Altre volte esprime invece rabbia per le innumerevoli barriere che ostacolano lo sviluppo e la realizzazione della nostra personalità. Altre volte, infine, esprime preoccupazione e tristezza per l’ingiustizia cosi diffusa nel mondo. Nel complesso, desidero esprimere qualcosa di utile a chi guarda le mie opere, offrire serenità e, ove possibile, piacere e gioia.
